Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an MIS Analyst to oversee and manage the systems and data utilized throughout the organization. The analyst will have a crucial role in maintaining and processing data for finance and other departments, ensuring high-quality information for decision-making. Responsibilities include handling large data sets, conducting analytics, leading systems integrations, and upholding data integrity principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders and decision-makers to understand requirements and manage information deliverables.
  • Enhance and manage ERP, CRM, and PLM data, implementing continuous improvement practices for data quality.
  • Create business analytics presentations for the Executive Leadership team.
  • Take the lead on projects and contribute to establishing internal controls for financial reporting.
  • Support the Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis Manager in forecast development, budgeting, and creating standardized dashboards for departments and various roles.
  • Handle day-to-day ticketing within multiple systems.
  • Regularly review user roles and permissions across systems.
  • Oversee and optimize systems integrations and automated processes.
  • Aid the accounting team in standardizing procedures.
  • Administer Employee Stock Incentive Plans, including Stock Options and RSU's.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting, or business administration (Preferred).
  • 1-4 years of experience in finance or information systems.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and PLM systems (preferred).
  • Keen attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, organize, and analyze intricate financial data, deriving valuable insights.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP platform.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
