Insight Global is looking for a diversly experience recruiter to join a large manufacturing and technology company sitting hybrid in Van Buren Township, Belleville, Michigan.

In this role, the recruiter be a full lifecycle recruiter, managing positions from sourcing to closing.

The specific roles will vary between technical, business, and managerial roles, so we're looking for folks that have experience recruiting diverse, global skillsets in a full lifecycle model.

That being said, active sourcing is the primary component of this role, so it's important to bring strong sourcing skills to the table.


In addition to tactical recruiting responsibilities, this individual will also work with leadership to integrate teams and create a centralized, global recruiting force.

This will be done by evaluating/challenging current processes, breaking down business unit silos, and proactively providing solutions to recruiting problems as they arise.

Because of this added responsibility, the most-qualified candidates will have experience being disruptive and process re-engineering in the recruiting/TA space.

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $40/hr DOE, and health benefits.
