Job Description:

Job Summary

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will play a key role in leading and participating in the QA compliance tasks related to transitioning existing clients from GWS to the new warehouse management system.



Responsibilities:
  • Directing the compliance tasks connected to the system migration.
  • Defining Quality and Regulatory requirements for standard procedures.
  • Facilitating issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvements, and project initiatives.
  • Assisting in creating, revising, and approving Controlled Documents (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Forms).
  • Conducting investigations and reporting non-conformances, while developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
  • Managing change control and offering guidance on Quality and Regulatory compliance to clients and internal staff.
  • Performing responsibilities for direct reports (risk assessment, task delegation, performance evaluation, skills development, feedback, formal performance reviews, career growth).
  • Ensuring all staff are trained for their roles, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Providing support and guidance on Customer/Client QA inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitoring department processes and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operation.
  • Investigating discrepancies and issues, and informing relevant parties of the findings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industry - Preferred
  • Preferred background in Quality Assurance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field (or equivalent internationally recognized degree) - Preferred
