We are seeking a highly skilled

Certified Public Accountant

(CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to a group of 4-6 privately held businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax preparation, and financial analysis and will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

This role will report to work at our Owensboro office and can be full or part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and file tax returns for 4-6 small privately held businesses
  • Provide tax planning and consulting on accounting and finance matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
