Join Our Team as an IIC Therapist at Anchor Behavioral Solutions

Anchor Behavioral Solutions (ABS) is looking for a licensed LCSW or LPC to join us as a part-time IIC therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial biopsychosocial assessments for clients.


ABS, a respected NJ State-approved Behavioral Support, ABA, and Community-Based Support service provider for over five years, understands the evolving needs of the families we work with. We are dedicated to offering comprehensive care services.

Our administrative setup ensures efficient staff support, service quality assurance, and overall satisfaction for both staff and clients.


Requirements for the IIC Therapist:
  • Complete initial intake assessments for youth eligible for Performcare/CSOC services.
  • Analyze individual needs and submit treatment plans promptly through the Performcare Cyber system.
  • Schedule assessments with families at their convenience.
  • Offer evidence-based interventions to counsel children/adolescents according to their requirements.
  • Participate in child family team meetings as needed.
  • Prioritize project tasks and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Master's Degree or higher qualification.
  • Must be licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC (being bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
  • Dependable, creative, and passionate about helping others.
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual abilities in languages like Spanish, Creole, or Sign Language are advantageous.
  • Must undergo a Criminal Background Check.
  • Basic technology skills and access to a mobile device or PC for job tasks.

Part-Time role with a fee-for-service payment structure. You can work flexible hours, and your pay is based on direct service hours along with compensation for orientation and mandatory training sessions.
