As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Suncrest, you will collaborate with our Case Manager/Director of Nursing to deliver personalized care to residents based on assessments and care plans. Working alongside licensed care staff, you will ensure residents receive the appropriate care in adherence to our nursing policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
Requirements

- Drive for personal development through certifications and ongoing education
- Provide individualized patient care while being supported by a dedicated team
- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly on a daily basis
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance for travel
- Home Health Aide certification in relevant state(s)
- CPR certification
