Customer Replenishment Planner

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Replenishment Planner opportunity to support Hamilton Beach Brand's US order fulfillment operations. The Customer Replenishment Planner will contribute to the success of company operations through accurate and efficient management of order entries, and effective customer service.

Basic Responsibilities of the Position Include:

The Customer Replenishment Planners at Hamilton Beach Brands are the front line of our business-to-business customer service team working with Wal Mart US. As such, they are responsible for:

  • Creating and modifying sales orders in our ERP system
  • Determining stock availability by analyzing planned and projected inventory levels in comparison to customers' forecasts
  • Supporting customers' purchasing personnel and Hamilton Beach sales representatives by answering questions and resolving order issues
  • Communicating with our distribution centers to ensure proper shipment routing
  • Working within customers' web portals to communicate regarding order status and review operational performance metrics
  • Reviewing and implementing customer vendor guides for shipment compliance
  • Work with the US Finance Department to create monthly inventory reconciliation reports

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a US based business handling order fulfillment and business-to-business customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with US based customers; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or analytics is desirable
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be fluent in English with both verbal and written skillset
  • Proven computer literacy with MS Office products
  • Experience with an order management system is preferred
  • Knowledge of order processing and logistics processes for a consumer products company is a plus

Los Customer Replenishment Planners de Hamilton Beach Brands son el primer contacto de nuestro equipo de servicio al cliente de empresa a empresa que trabaja con Wal Mart de EE. UU. Como tal, son responsables de:

  • Crear y gestionar las órdenes de venta en nuestro sistema ERP
  • Determinar la disponibilidad de existencias mediante el análisis de los niveles de inventario planificados y proyectados en comparación con las previsiones de los clientes
  • Apoyar al personal de compras de los clientes y a los representantes de ventas de Hamilton Beach respondiendo preguntas y resolviendo problemas de pedidos
  • Comunicarse con nuestros centros de distribución para garantizar una ruta de envío adecuada
  • Trabajar dentro de los portales web de los clientes para comunicarse sobre el estado de los pedidos y revisar las métricas de rendimiento operativo
  • Revisar e implementar guías de proveedores de clientes para el cumplimiento de envíos

El Candidato ideal para esta posición deberá tener:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia trabajando en una empresa con sede en los EE. UU. gestionando el cumplimiento de pedidos y servicio al cliente de empresa a empresa
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en un entorno acelerado trabajando con clientes basados en EE. UU.; Deseable licenciatura en gestión de la cadena de suministro, negocios o análisis.
  • Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo virtual
  • Habilidades organizacionales, interpersonales y de comunicación excepcionales (tanto escritas como verbales)
  • Debe tener fluidez en inglés con habilidades verbales y escritas
  • Conocimientos informáticos comprobados con productos de MS Office
  • Experiencia en manejo de sistemas de gestión de pedidos.
  • Conocimiento de los procesos para gestión de pedidos y logística de productos de consumo deseable.
