Summary:

As the Local Digital Marketing Strategist you will have two main responsibilities:

+ Primarily, creating and executing digital marketing activities to support events at our locations.

+ Secondarily, you will be supporting National Digital Marketing responsibilities as needed.

You will also be responsible for supporting the National Marketing Team to help improve the Greentech Renewables customer experience and continue to understand our evolving and dynamic market. Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills are imperative.

Your role is essential to our brands success.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Digital marketing fluency is a requirement. Strong ability to create diverse, engaging content and marketing collateral for various digital platforms and in-person events.

+ 5-6 graphic design samples for social, website, and general marketing activities.

+ Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Programs, Drupal, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is not required but a plus; the desire and inclination to learn these key software applications is a must.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

+ 1-3 years of marketing experience.

+ Proven communication skills - verbal and written.

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

This role requires flexibility in managing multiple projects at once and assisting various areas of our marketing needs.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

+ Strong time management skills and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Article and promotional copywriting experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Marketing support for Local Events (~80% time allocation)

Events at our locations are designed to foster relationships with contractor customers on a local level.

+ Responsible for executing digital marketing activities that supplement local events and further enhance engagement, including promotional emails, social media content, and event marketing materials.

+ Track, measure, and report on the success of digital marketing efforts.

+ Index best practices and template collateral for seamless execution of digital marketing activities.

+ Build new relationships with our individual locations to educate them on the value of digital marketing to support local activities and execute them with the local teams.

+ Work alongside the National Marketing and Web Development teams to maintain and update website content for SEO optimization.

+ Support local teams in location page and event page management.

National Digital Marketing responsibilities (~20% time allocation)

+ Work alongside the National Marketing Team to support social media management and content creation.

+ As time allows, Work alongside the National Marketing Team to support the execution of outbound communication.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $50000 to $55000 annually.
