Freelance UX UI Designer 74612

Onward Search is hiring a Freelance UX UI Designer for a global consumer healthcare client.

• This role is location in Skillman, NJ, (Somerset County), hybrid onsite but does have shuttle service from NYC.
• Contract role, 40 hours per week through the end of the year with the potential to extend and/or convert to FTE.
• Hourly Pay: $60hr. - $65hr.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all corporate brand digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Brand Strategy Team to align design solutions with brand guidelines and objectives, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including managers, designers, stakeholders, to define experience requirements and design specifications.
• Work closely with the Corporate Brand People Experience Design Team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall employee experience.
• Support user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• User Interface Design

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience with strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture and interaction design.
• Ability to communicate complex design related topics to audiences unfamiliar to design processes, design thinking, and time to complete request.
• Takes an ownership initiative with design related tasks and positive attitude for delivering quality services on time.
• Experience in conducting remote and in-person design thinking workshops.
• Experience in conducting remote or in-person research activities such as interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies and more.
• User Interface Design, User Research Process and Methodologies, Design Thinking Methodology, User Centered Design Principles, Global Design Systems, Animation or Motion Design Principles
• Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail.
