About the Opportunity:

  • Job Title: Production Associate
  • Pay: $22/Hour
  • Location: St. Michael, MN
  • Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 6AM-4PM and Fri 6AM-1PM. (These are typical times, minor variation due to workload and weather).

Daily Functions:

  1. Opening molds and pulling finished blocks from the previous day's work.
  2. Cleaning and preparing molds for next pour.
  3. General mold set up and stationing.
  4. Filling in where necessary.
  5. Keeping work areas clean.
  6. Day to day can vary as production schedule can vary due to weather and materials worked with.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience with a production or manufacturing setting.
  2. Experience operating forklift preferred but not required.
  3. Willing and able to work outdoors.
  4. Excellent attendance.
  5. Great attention to detail.
  6. Willing to learn and operate forklift.
  7. Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Standing all day
  2. Lifting 50lbs.
