We are currently seeking board-certified nurse practitioners to perform In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

• Conduct thorough in-home visits focusing on individuals' overall health and well-being, while identifying potential obstacles to care.

*Receive additional compensation through our pay-per-test approach for eligible visits (where the health plan member is qualified for additional diagnostic and preventive tests).

Available shifts range from Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends), on either a Short-Term or Long-Term basis. Visits are pre-scheduled at the health plan member's home with the option for Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car accommodations (subject to eligibility).

As an Independent Contractor operating under 1099 status, you can enjoy a Flexible Schedule. These visits involve a medication and medical history review, along with a physical evaluation conducted at the health plan member's residence.

Our NP contractors have the opportunity to earn a competitive wage or supplement their existing income while balancing personal and clinical responsibilities.

You will be provided a patient-specific form for each evaluation and are not responsible for prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or modifying current treatment procedures.
