Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing data integration processes from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Analyzing large datasets within CJA to derive actionable insights
• Assisting in validating analytics, tagging, and data integrity
• Maximizing technology platforms for cross-platform insights
• Utilizing SQL for data querying and analysis
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process
• Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored analytics solutions
• Implementing best practices for data governance and compliance
• Staying updated with the latest features in AEP and CJA
• Providing technical support and training to team members
• Documenting all processes within the data analytics framework

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics
• Strong SQL proficiency for data querying
• Understanding of data integration, management, and analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools, knowledge of Python or JavaScript, familiarity with data visualization tools

Preferred Certifications:

• Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert and Adobe Analytics Developer/Master
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert
