We're looking for an admitted attorney, for an extremely promising Associate Remote Intake Attorney position within a premier law firm with a lot of room for growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm.

As The Associate Attorney, you will report to the Supervising Intake Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants.

ResponsibilitiesMonitoring firm's case management software for live cases to vetReviewing intake sheets and documents from potential clientsIdentifying potential immigration relief for potential clientsSuggesting legal strategies and proposed services for potential clientsSpeaking to existing clients regarding potential services outside of their current contractAnswering legal questions from or explaining legal processes to potential and existing clientsCommunicating with and providing feedback to the sales team meeting with potential clientsOverseeing intake paralegals and virtual assistantsQualificationsAt least 2-5 years of Immigration Law ExperienceA team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with your fellow associatesBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredInterpersonal skills of the highest caliberRecord of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseloadExperience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applicationsExperience with Case Management Software is preferred

Pay Range:
