In this vital role you will assume a meaningful role in improving the Model N SaaS Platform and the revenue management capability.
Your profound expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies and automation will play a vital role as we relentlessly strive to empower businesses with state-of-the-art, efficient, and data-driven technology.

Data Pipeline Development, Innovation, and Processing: Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art data pipelines, including both batch and real-time processing.
Leverage technologies such as AI/ML, Model N, Tableau, AWS, MuleSoft, Data Bricks, and Redshift to prioritize scalable and high-performance systems that deliver impactful insights.
Data Modeling:
Design and implement data models optimized for performance, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Data Warehousing:
Design, construct, and maintain large-scale processing systems and data warehouse infrastructure.
Data Lake Management:
Ensure organized, secure, and accessible data within data lakes.
Data Security:
Implement security measures adhering to specific industry standards and regulations, protecting sensitive data.
Performance Tuning:
Monitor and optimize data pipelines, databases, and queries for peak performance.
Data Quality Assurance and Automation:
Ensure data reliability and integrity through automated testing and CI/CD frameworks.
Technical Documentation:
Produce detailed DELC documentation, including data architectures and flow diagrams.
Agile Development:
Lead Agile-driven data releases, participating in all relevant Agile ceremonies.
Thought Leadership:
Stay updated with AI/ML and data engineering trends, promoting continuous learning.
API and Data Integration:
Develop robust API solutions for seamless data integration across platforms.
Data Management and Governance:
Collaborate for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, emphasizing optimization and high availability.

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of data engineering experience
Or
Associate's degree and 6 years of data engineering experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of data engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Programming and Machine Learning Skills:
Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala. A robust foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design. Experience with Machine Learning techniques is a strong plus.
Platform Expertise:
Familiarity with platforms like Model N, AWS, MuleSoft, Data Bricks, and Redshift, emphasizing the creation of scalable, high-performance data systems.
Financial Systems Knowledge:
Understanding of the Pharma industry's revenue management, billing systems, and financial processes.
Data Quality:
Experience with tools and frameworks that ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in data engineering or related platforms/tools.
Data Governance and Management:
Knowledge of governance principles and best practices. Experience in master data management, data optimization techniques, and managing data storage systems.
API and Data Integration:
Proficiency in developing robust API solutions and integrating various data platforms.
Agile Experience:
Familiarity with Agile methodology, with experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
Cloud Data Solutions:
Skills in crafting data solutions within cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools. Requirement 1
