Synechron is looking for a hands-on Delphi Developer to join their delivery team in Indianapolis, Indiana or Pittsburgh, PA. The team is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business.

• Convert Delphi 5 applications to Delphi 11 apps
• Transform components to be Linux-compatible for containerization
• Undertake Delphi and Linux development

Experience:

• 10+ years in Software Engineering

Skills:

• Proficiency in Delphi development
• Strong background in Linux
