Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to lead studies evaluating the performance of Intelligence Community (IC) elements focused on countering threats related to weapons of mass destruction (WMD) proliferation. The Data Analyst will work closely with the National Counterproliferation Center (NCPC) to analyze mission data and provide support in assessing and advancing the mission objectives. Join a team of IBM consultants in McLean, VA, and collaborate with government personnel to enhance analytics capabilities.

Duties include:
  • Supporting ongoing efforts to analyze mission data for decision-making
  • Exploring opportunities to integrate advanced data analytic techniques
  • Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing mission data
  • Assisting NCPC leaders in navigating complex CP/WMD issues

**Location:** McLean, VA.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • US Citizen with active TS/SCI and CI Poly clearance
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python
  • 2+ years of experience in the IC field
  • Strong background in data analytics, including data acquisition, analysis, and visualization
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively and present complex technical issues in a clear manner
  • BA/BS degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • MS in a Data Science-related discipline
  • Experience with AI/ML algorithms and large datasets
  • Full-scope Polygraph clearance
  • Prior experience supporting the DNI
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytic environments like Databricks
