Have a passion for the event industry? We are looking for a dynamic Part Time Food and Beverage Warehouse Staff to join our team at ASM Global. As a Warehouse Staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our F&B Dept. by managing inventory levels and stocking stands.

Responsibilities
  • Process product requisition forms efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock sheets.
  • Contribute to pre-event set-up and post-event breakdown processes.
  • Transfer products during various events.
  • Adhere to SMG's policies and procedures diligently.
  • Undertake any other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Professional and neat appearance.
  • Thrive in both team and independent work settings.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours (days, nights, weekends, and possibly holidays).

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is a must.
  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • While warehouse experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Physical Requirements

  • Capable of repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around extensively.

Work Environment

  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors depending on the event.
  • Tolerance for high noise levels during concerts and similar events.
