- Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to introduce new ideas and encourage input from others for enhancing the scheduled programs.
- Assist in tailoring the Resident Experience plan for each resident and ensure they receive a copy of the monthly activity calendar.
- Engage all residents in activities and provide necessary assistance.
- Document attendance using Lifeloop and report any concerns hindering resident participation.
- Drive company vehicle when needed and perform assigned duties.

- Previous experience in activity organization or event planning is advantageous.
- Familiarity with working with seniors is preferred.
- Capable of making informed decisions in the residents' best interests.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, tech-savvy, with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and resource allocation skills are essential.
- Able to work collaboratively, demonstrate punctuality, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
