Soliant Health, in partnership with school districts in the York, PA area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced PreK Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, we are mitted to delivering exceptional services to students to ensure their success and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students' munication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans to address speech and language disorders and delays
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outes
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Open to CCC and CFY applicants
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
