_*RN Requirements:

  • AR or compact RN License
  • BLS
  • 2 years recent RN Labor and Birthing experience
  • NRP
  • Must Have Skills/Experience: Triage, Circulate, Antepartum

_*Unit Details:
*_

  • Number of Beds: 18 LDR
Patient Ratios: 1:1 active labor and high risk, 1:2 latent labor
*EMR: EPIC

_*Responsibilities:
*_

  • Provide direct patient care in a longterm care setting, utilizing nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding procedures as needed.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
  • Document patient information accurately in EMR and EHR systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on best practices and regulations in longterm care nursing.
