We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Litigation Attorney to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction litigation and complex cases, with a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

This position requires a deep understanding of legal principles and the ability to handle multi-party construction cases with professionalism and integrity.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, develop innovative legal strategies, and make a significant impact on our organization.

Lead and manage a diverse range of litigation cases from inception through trial.
Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Stay abreast of current legislation, court rulings, and industry trends that may impact the company's operations.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction law litigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and legal concepts.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
