Job Details:
Sake Blue is looking for an experienced bartender to work alongside our growing team. The right candidate must be a people-person who has the gift of gab, good knowledge of the bar and restaurant, who will ultimately have regulars frequent Sake Blue's bar.

Key Responsbilities:
  • Provide and maintain high standards for guests by insuring quick, efficient and professional service.
  • Responsible for all activities related to service in the beverage department, which includes preparation tasks and performing service as per standards set by the restaurant.
  • Utilize the POS system as per policies and procedures in place.
  • Effectively perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
  • Ensure a consistency of the correct service techniques for all type of food and beverage served.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
  • Good knowledge of wines and all other beverages.
  • Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.

General Requirements:
  • Must have at least 2 years bartending experience
  • Solid knowledge of liquor, mix-drinks, cocktails, wine
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, including wines and cocktails
  • Outgoing, Ability to work in a team, creative, motivated, good listener and thorough follow-up.
  • Able to follow instructions and takes feedback well
  • Strong attention to detail, willing to dress well
