JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective/Summary:

This position involves handling banking transactions for customers at InterBank.

Essential Functions:

• Processes customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handles customer complaints with care and works to resolve them effectively.
• Completes data entry for reporting purposes.
• Maintains currency and coin regulations.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Verifies customer identities to prevent fraud.
• Demonstrates proficiency in basic teller tasks.
• Supports company's mission and confidentiality standards.
• Inputs data for loans.
• Assists with drive-thru transactions to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of cash.
• Follows policies and procedures set by management.
• Cross-sells products and services to customers.
• Handles customer phone calls promptly and courteously.
