Are you ready to join a dynamic team supporting the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) in Fort Huachuca, AZ?

We are currently seeking a BYOD Support Engineer to contribute to enhancing productivity, fostering innovation, strengthening security measures, and ensuring compliance with government standards.


Role Overview:
  • Provide BYOD support to NETCOM
  • Assist Government personnel with integrating BYOD capabilities into the Army Global Enterprise
  • Contribute to strategic planning, engineering, and documentation for NETCOM
  • Ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements and RMF 2.0 standards
  • Offer documentation support for various reports and summaries

Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience: 8+ Years in Information Technology
Required Certification: DoD M IAT Level III
Cloud Certification: AWS/Google/Azure
Security Clearance: Interim Secret
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in building and supporting solutions on Azure Mobile Device Management
  • Knowledge of Mail exchange technologies and secure e-mail messaging plugins
  • Familiarity with Army Enterprise LandWarNet capabilities
  • Experience in application protocols related to BYOD and Mobile Connect
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in Office 365 and associated technologies
  • Experience with Hypori Virtual Mobile Infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of Army Enterprise Service Managed Platform (AESMP)
  • Understanding of Change Control Boards and configuration management processes
