Job Title: Academic Endocrinologist at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Wexner Medical Center

The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center are looking for an academic Endocrinologist to join the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism in an exciting practice.

  • Position emphasizes patient care for patients with thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, and other disorders
  • Instructs medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Engages in quality improvement activities and clinical research

The Division has outstanding programs in thyroid cancer, diabetes, adrenal and pituitary disorders, metabolic bone disease, obesity, women's health, and other hormone conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on patient care for endocrine patients with a specialty in thyroid nodules and cancer
  • Provides instruction to medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Engages in basic or clinical research
  • Conducts thyroid ultrasound and fine needle aspirations, e-consults, and inpatient consults

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification / Eligibility in Endocrinology
  • Qualification for academic appointment at Assistant Professor level or higher
