Sparkling Image is one of the largest full-service car wash and oil change companies in the nation operating in 7 states. We are looking to add a Car Wash Location Manager for our
Nashua, NH location. This key position will manage the overall operation.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
  • Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Desire to manage a business activity in a fastpaced, outdoor environment
  • Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
  • Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a leading position.
  • Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
  • Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • A valid state driver's license
  • Must be 18+ to apply.
