About the Position:
Corporate Accounts, Pricing and Contracting is seeking a Pricing and Contracting Analyst to provide support to Corporate Sales field-based teams. This individual will be accountable for various aspects of Pricing and Contracting within identified Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Government, and other significant accounts. Support includes in-depth reporting and analysis, inclusive contract management, and forward-thinking business decision support.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales Directors and Managers to contribute to business planning, impactful pricing/business analytics, comprehensive contract management, and decision support to boost revenue growth and profitability within focused Corporate Sales accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for large-scale national Requests for Proposals (RFPs) spanning multiple sales divisions, involving critical financial modeling/analytics, and the creation and coordination of RFP responses.
  • Engage cross-departmentally with legal, finance, and marketing teams as well as other BSC divisions to ensure smooth workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution.
  • Produce, interpret, and distribute contract-specific performance reports and trend analyses to sales executives promptly, utilizing analytical tools and delivering tailored contract reporting as needed.
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as pricing metrics, revenue, contract compliance, and contract performance metrics.

Your main duties will comprise:
  • Identifying and supporting the implementation of best practices, procedures, and tools to ensure streamlined workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution, and unified strategies that enhance sales support efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring a thorough grasp of contract requirements to guarantee timely and precise fulfillment of all applicable obligations.
  • Overseeing financial accruals, optimizing the balance between contract accruals and settlements.
  • Promoting and driving the usage of our contract management toolset to administer customer contracts and equip sales management with essential analytics and information for quality contracting decisions, revenue optimization, and profitability enhancement.
  • Collaborating and directly partnering with the Corporate Sales department and, when necessary, engaging directly with customers to ensure efficient contract execution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant business experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Marketing pricing, analytical, and/or contracting management functions
  • Proficiency in PC applications: MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in working with Tableau, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Contracting/Revenue Management systems
  • Advanced financial acumen
