The Logistics Operations Team Lead oversees the daily operations of our warehouses and distribution centers, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities and duties may include (but are not limited to):
Oversee receiving, processing, and dispatching of bakery goods.
Assign workloads and daily tasks to designated associates.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory and storage areas.
Monitor inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or distribution.
Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Qualifications (preferred but not required):
Experience as a Team Lead in a unionized setting.
Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or Supply Chain Management or in a relevant field (Required)

Schedule:
12 days on, 2 days off (Schedule flexibility and ability to work in any shift)

Salary:
Salary range $80K to $100K yearly.
No Relocation support available
