Job Title: Hybrid BCBA at Soar Autism Center

At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to creating a network of interdisciplinary clinics to provide life-changing services to children with autism and their families, helping them thrive. Our approach focuses on early intervention, comprehensive support, and tailored learning experiences for each child and family, integrating autism care and utilizing a play-based model of ABA therapy inspired by the Early Start Denver Model.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting
  • This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-clinic work
  • Deliver remote supervision through our telehealth platform
  • Conduct assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with other specialties
  • Implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic care
  • Track client progress, update plans, and communicate changes effectively
  • Engage with families, set goals, and provide support throughout their journey

What You Have

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 3+ years experience as a Behavior Analyst with early intervention focus
  • Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred
