Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Associate at Gold Flora, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while representing our brand and products.

  • Adhere to all city and state regulations
  • Acknowledge and welcome customers with professionalism

  • Maintain clean and organized displays
  • Contribute to achieving store goals and KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Qualifications

Preferred knowledge of cannabis products, reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, team player

Work Environment

Indoor facility with controlled temperatures, may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, and airborne particles

Job Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must comply with all legal regulations
  • Background check required

Physical Requirements

Close vision, color vision, ability to lift and carry heavy items, prolonged standing
