We are a well established PCA Agency that provides person care to individuals with disabilities. Currently looking for a PCA to assist with activities of daily living in a home environment. Assisting with dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, mobility, assist with transfers and meal prep,
Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting at 10 am to approximately 12:30 pm.
Tuesday, Thursday Saturday OR Sunday 10 am to 4 pm, these are flexible hours
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Great work ethics
- Must have a current drivers license with good driving record.
- Complete the agencies Orientation.
- Must have two (2) identifications photo ID, social Security card OR Birth Certificate.
- Pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that includes required fingerprinting and photo.
- Successfully complete the online trainings CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS created by the State of MN.
- Must be Fluent English with speaking, understanding, reading and writing.
- Work references
- Training is provided according to the clients Care Plan.
