Job Description

Job Title: Behavior Analyst Specialist (BCBA)

Location: Collinsville, AL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Type: Itinerant (serving multiple schools)

Soliant is looking for a skilled Behavior Analyst Specialist (BCBA) to be part of our team in Collinsville, AL. The ideal candidate should have Alabama certification and previous experience in an educational environment. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to create and execute effective behavior intervention plans across various schools.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and create intervention plans based on results
  • Develop a student progress tracking system
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior management insights
  • Train school personnel on behavior analysis techniques
  • Offer continuous support and training to teachers and staff

Qualifications:

  • Certification as Behavior Analyst Specialist (BCBA)
  • Alabama certification
  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and munication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Willingness to commute between schools
