Key Responsibilities

  • Performing comprehensive assessments and developing care plans
  • Providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting educational programs for clinical staff
  • Utilizing technology and informatics to enhance patient care
  • Remaining flexible to support various healthcare areas based on patient needs

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills under pressure
  • Previous experience in Pediatrics
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Education and Experience

  • BSN degree required, or obtain within 5 years of hire
  • Current BLS certification from AHA required
  • Licensure as an RN in Ohio
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant Pediatrics experience
