Job Description

HealthPartners is currently looking for a talented Epic Health Informatics Analyst to join their team. This role involves working with data and analytics to make a positive impact on patient health, costs, and experiences. As part of a collaborative team, you will be working alongside developers, data scientists, and data engineers. The main responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of business domains, providing visualization and analysis services, and building scalable solutions to extract insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing HealthPartners Medical Group & Clinics reporting and process control.
  • Designing, testing, and deploying Epic Clarity reporting.
  • Maintaining operational, management, and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Performing data analysis for various stakeholders including Clinic Systems staff, Coding Services, HPMG & C management, HPMG & C providers, and Patient Accounting and Finance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
  • Ability to tell stories using data effectively.
  • Experience working with technical and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Warehouse.
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Programming skills using Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Databricks and GitHub.

Hours/Location:

  • Monday to Friday; Days
  • Remote work possible with a preference for local applicants for onsite needs.

  • Participating in strategic measurement activities and ensuring data quality.
  • Providing support on product and business strategy development.
  • Validating analytic and software solutions to meet business criteria.
  • Ensuring data accuracy through internal and external sources.
  • Promoting security and de-identification standards for sensitive data.
