Exciting opportunity for a compassionate and patient-focused Lead RN to join our Family Medicine team at Camas. In this role you will oversee daily operations, have patient flow responsibilities, perform nurse visits, assist with provider schedules and templates, and act as a mentor/role model/resource for co-workers. It is expected that the Lead's daily work will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities and assist the department in achieving efficient work flow processes, high quality clinical outcomes, and exemplary patient experiences. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00a-4:00p . Hiring range is between $40.60-$56.65/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience

Requirements:

  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
  • Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.
  • Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
  • Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.
  • Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of clinical staff and providers regarding use of EHR, department specific skills, orders, medications, referrals, documentation, and short-cuts, and illustrate ease of use of EHR for all users.
  • First-line problem solving skills with the ability to listen, understand, and solve or escalate employee and provider issues before they become more serious.
Pay Range:
$ $59.75

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Vancouver Clinic offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
