We are seeking skilled baristas to join our team

Our focus is on providing excellent coffee while enjoying the journey. We are searching for dedicated and energetic individuals to take on the role of Barista. This position involves significant customer interaction and the ability to deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of beverages, both hot and cold
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage and coffee stations
  • Handle food preparation for sale
  • Opening and closing duties for the coffeehouse
  • Ensure the store is consistently clean and well-maintained
  • Offer exceptional customer service at all times
  • Approach the job with a positive mindset

Requirements

  • Preferably a High School Diploma or GED graduate
  • Prior experience as a Barista or completion of a Barista Training Program is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Familiarity with La Marzocco KB90 and Victoria Arduino Mythos equipment is a plus
  • Comfortable using the Square POS system
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Café
  • Coffee shop

Shifts Available:

  • Day shift until 7 pm
  • Morning Shift starting at 6:00 am
  • Weekend shifts

Work Environment: On-site
