Pay Rate: Starting at $18 /hr (Experience Dependent)

Location: Elyria, OH

Shift: 1st Shift; 6am-2:30pm

Job Description: Assembler role in Elyria, OH through Belcan. Assemble component parts, verify quantities, quality check completed items, manage inventory, and use tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow technical instructions and interpret blueprints
  • Quality check parts and materials
  • Inventory parts and tools
  • Follow company procedures
  • Test finished products
  • Maintain tools
  • Keep workspace clean

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Previous assembly experience
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Interpret blueprints & work instructions
  • Use test stand equipment and hand tools
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
  • Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented team player
  • Work with precision hand tools and measuring devices
