Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and deliver exceptional patient care. As an LPN, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering top-notch patient care. Your main responsibilities will include providing basic nursing care, monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, delivering treatments, and supporting patient education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a strong desire to serve patients and their families with respect and compassion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health concerns and offer appropriate care and guidance
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as directed by physicians
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Gather patient health histories
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Manage and requisition medical supplies and medications
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited LPN Program
  • 1-2 Years of Hospital or Clinic Experience Preferred
