We are sourcing candidates for an Architectural Design position in our Architectural Studio in Richmond, VA

Duties

Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

Assist in developing project scope, plan, and services and during the contract process. Translates planning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients, designers, and project team members.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' program requirements and standards and policies for completion.

Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.

Perform product research; assist Project Designers and Project Architects with materials selection and system research.

Work with limited supervision and excellent mentorship.

Requirements

Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture.

3-5 years of Architecture Experience

Must be proficient in Revit

Ability to work as a part of a team.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

Have a positive attitude – someone who enjoys good work and is fun to work with
