Distinctive Home & Health Care is a top healthcare provider serving military bases in the United States. We are looking for a full-time Medical Technologist to join our team at Bremerton Naval Base in Kitsap County, Washington.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree.
  • Education: Graduate from a medical technology program accredited by relevant bodies or an acceptable educational program.
  • Certification: Current certification/registration as required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience.
  • Basic Life Support Certification through relevant institutions.

Core Duties:
  • Perform various laboratory procedures in different areas according to protocols.
  • Evaluate specimen suitability, prepare samples, and maintain their properties.
  • Prepare reagents, calibrate instruments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure correct operation.
  • Recognize malfunctions, take corrective actions, and verify analytical data.
  • Conduct quality control procedures and maintain records.
