Human Resource Assistant II

Monday - Friday 8-5
Interviews will be conducted on-site.
- All information must be included in resumes, with no gaps, and they should be kept up to date.
- Seeking highly motivated individuals who are independent workers.
- Flexible and remote work options are available – occasional request to work till 7pm once every two weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Support various HR tasks including volunteer and engagement programs, communication during recruitment and termination, and efforts for retaining employees.
- Assist in the orientation process.
- Collaborate with local organizations, post flyers, visit schools, and universities to attract more applicants.
- Attend job fairs to promote the company.
- Develop an Employee Value Proposition to showcase the company's offerings and values.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting HR initiatives, working closely with HR Manager and HRBP.
- Aid in creating a conducive environment to attract, develop, and engage talent to meet business objectives.
- Requirements include having a background in Human Resources management or similar field, along with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related area.
