What to Expect:

The Inventory Control Coordinator role involves managing field/distributor inventory both physically and systematically. This includes monitoring, traceability, and reconciliations to optimize inventory levels and protect company assets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and collaborating cross-departmentally to find root causes and suggest solutions.
  • Managing timely research, disposition, and reporting of disputed inventory.
  • Reviewing and reconciling missing/late inventory reports daily.
  • Facilitating product returns/exchanges between warehouse and field personnel.
  • Controlling inventory movement and ensuring data integrity.
  • Conducting necessary research for product recalls.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Handling communication and administrative tasks related to distributor inventory accounts.
  • Performing various administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Following standard operating procedures consistently.
  • Assisting with inventory requests and fulfillment.
  • Monitoring asset placement and recovery through collaboration with sales and operations.
  • Managing loose inventory outflows and asset return discrepancies.
  • Assisting with brand rationalization efforts.

Stand Out Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven team player with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Your Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Familiarity with Inventory Control practices and data analysis is a plus.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • May involve vendor credentialing.

Travel:

  • Up to 5%.
