JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and address incoming issues through Jira, email, and Slack.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining infrastructure automation tools and scripts (using Terraform, Python, etc.).
  • Implement and advocate for best practices and security standards within cloud operations.
  • Contribute to the development of a shared library for cloud architecture modules.
  • Engage in investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to learn from failures and enhance scalability and reliability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient with AWS and its core services (EC2, CloudFormation, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudTrail).
  • Experience in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Puppet, Terraform) and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various engineering teams.
