A financial group based in Cincinnati is looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to be part of a tight-knit team that focuses on supporting M365 and Microsoft Azure throughout the company. The business is currently expanding its M365 usage online, including tools like SharePoint and Teams. The role involves a mix of project-based tasks and maintenance/troubleshooting activities, with a major emphasis on implementing Microsoft Teams across different departments.


  • Key responsibilities:
  • Setting up Microsoft Teams rules, ensuring compliance regulations, transitioning from the current platform, managing Enterprise Information Archiving, creating templates, and assisting with various applications

  • Working on conditional access and consoles
  • Configuring subscriptions
  • Provisioning resources (e.g. Teams)
  • Configuring and updating M365 products (Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint management)
  • Collaborating closely with Information Security, Identity and Access Management, and Server Management teams
  • Coordinating with AvePoint for ServiceNow integration

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in M365 configuration (MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Office)
  • Creating applications in Teams, setting up team channels, performing backups, and developing polls from scratch
  • Experience in L1 or L2 admin troubleshooting
