The Registered Nurse (RN) position at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline

  • Provides professional nursing care for patients
  • Prepares equipment and assists physicians
  • Administers medications, changes dressings, and monitors vital signs
  • Observes and maintains patient records
  • Participates in planning and implementing patient care
  • Directs and assists in safe aseptic techniques and procedures

The hospital is the largest in the region, offering a full range of diagnostic and surgical specialty services in cardiac, cancer, and stroke care. It is a Level II Trauma Center with a state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, and surgical suites.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
  • Texas State RN License or Compact RN License
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS and other certifications required
