Essential Responsibilities of the New Home Sales Assistant:

  • Assist the on-site sales team in presenting homes to prospective buyers
  • Build rapport with potential buyers to understand their housing needs
  • Collect follow-up information from visitors
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to agents and buyers
  • Manage community sales offices and model homes

Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid California Real Estate License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Desire to succeed in a collaborative environment
  • Access to reliable transportation
