ROOF REPAIR/FOREMAN NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

SIRC Family of Companies is seeking a roofing installer. Desired candidate must have
experience installing and repairing all types of roofing materials and various coating systems
including shingles, tile, single-ply and coating applications. Candidate will work closely with lead
to install new and modified roofing systems. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work safely
by using proper tools for specific tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Duties are performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. of weight frequently throughout the day.
Must be physically able to repeatedly climb up and down a ladder, perform work on all types
roofs, bend, stoop, lift, push and pull materials and equipment to complete job tasks.
JOB SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of roofing, recognize and understand the applications and differences in all aspects
of installing new roof systems, and/or experience repairing existing roofing systems. Ability to
communicate clearly and effectively.
Current Drivers License, Clean DMV & Proof of Insurance A MUST
