Do you have a passion for providing personalized care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes? Right at Home is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Lake and Porter counties in northwest Indiana. As an essential service provider, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and helping them avoid high-risk nursing facilities.

We are looking for caregivers who can commit to two or more shifts per week, with a preference for those available for 12-hour shifts 2-3 times weekly.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• Assist with personal care tasks and meal preparation
• Ensure accurate reporting of client conditions and needs to the care team

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1-year experience in senior or adult care
• Compassionate and attentive demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications:

• CNA, HHA, or DSP certifications will be compensated
