We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, and WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviews the information in the system, vessel name, container number, ETA, POD, delivery location, PO. And enter information in timely manner.
• Identifies shipments if they are port to port shipments or port to door shipments and selects and contracts necessary vendors.
• Tracks containers and provide delivery order (D.O.) to carriers for delivery to related Warehouse locations.
• Gets arrival confirmation from terminal and update ETA in the system.
• Send updates to CA, WA, SC, HI, TX, and IL warehouse on upcoming shipments.
• Review ocean freight and work closely with accounts payable for payment prior to shipment arrival.
• Work with brokers on import documents and update receiving team on FDA hold shipments
• Create delivery order (D.O.) on upcoming WA shipments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Be familiar with our products
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday
8am-5pm (with a 1-hour unpaid meal break)

Benefits:

PTO, 40hrs Paid Sick Leave, Health/Dental/Vision available after successfully completing the 90 days/3-month probationary period.
