Under the supervision of the 19A Coordinator, the 19A Assistant is responsible for maintaining the standards for 19A and other compliance matters as related to the Compliance Department.

Responsibility Profile:

  • Customer Service
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to pass background check & drug screen required
  • Work well with others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good at following directions and expresses willingness to learn
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus

Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: In person (Yonkers)
  • Overtime is available
